TwitterFeed bites the dust

Postby Juanm » Tuesday November 8th, 2016 13h33:08

Their blog says ... 1 year without posts.
301 300

TwitterFeed closed on October 31st 2016. No email notification detected, no reason provided.
If someone is not following them or other RSS related communities, the only way to realize they were down was seeing no more bot posts on the TL.

They recommend to switch to dlvr.it, another web company providing free and paid plans. Bit.ly (their parent company) apparently doesn't offer autoposting or bot posting.

Mario, twitterfeed founder wrote:Howdy, Twitterfeeders!

We're writing to let you know that Twitterfeed will be shutting its doors on October 31st, 2016. It's been one heck of a run and we can't thank you enough for your loyal usage and support over the years.

If you're looking for a service similar to Twitterfeed to continue using in our absence, we recommend checking out the good folks at Buffer (https://buffer.com) or Dlvr.it (https://dlvr.it)

Thanks again for all the feeds!
